Sweepstakes Period: The PropQwiz Win a Home Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 30, 2025 and ends the earlier of 11:59 p.m. ET on December 26, 2025 or when all three (3) Grand Prizes are claimed, whichever occurs first (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C., who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of Entry at time of Entry and, as of June 29, 2025, possess a web-enabled mobile device with qualifying data plan (“Participant”). Employees, officers, or directors of Gray Matters Digital, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their affiliate companies and designated advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, spouses and children; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law, and their respective spouses, regardless where they reside) and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) of each are not eligible to participate or win. How to Earn PropTix & Enter the Sweepstakes:

Participants must download and install the PropQwiz app (the “app”) on their mobile device or visit https://www.propqwiz.com (the “Website”) and then create an account for free. Please make sure your screen name is appropriate, in Sponsor’s sole discretion otherwise it will not be listed on any Leader Board and you may not be eligible for any prizes. During the Sweepstakes Period, Participants will have the opportunity to play PropQwiz games and participate in other activities on the app or Website in which they can earn PropTix (“PropTix”). Each PropTix earned will count as one (1) Entry (“Entries “or “Entry”) into the random drawing(s), as outlined below.

PQ Daily Games: PQ Daily Games (the “Game” or “Games”) will be available every Monday through Friday during the Sweepstakes Period at 3:00 p.m. ET and/or a secondary time, with either time changing as predetermined by the Sponsor.The Game will begin by featuring a single real estate property that is about to be listed for sale, currently listed for sale or previously listed or sold, home descriptions and original photographs, and is currently or was previously listed for sale publicly within the last 120 months of first being featured in a PQ Daily Game within the United States. Please note, some property listings that appear for sale on this website may not be available because they are under contract, have sold or are no longer being offered for sale. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of our online real estate aggregator-supplied listing content. Participants will be provided with hints about the property including (but not limited to) still photographs, virtual tours and video footage. Participants will then be provided with clues about that day’s featured property, which may include the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, lot size, architectural highlights, or special amenities like swimming pools, tennis courts, scenic views or proximity to the beach. The final clue will be the property’s city and state location. Once the property’s general location is revealed, Participants will have fifteen (15) seconds to submit their guess for the actual list price of the featured property at the time that particular Daily Game was created. After the Game is concluded, the actual list price (as defined above) of the featured property will be revealed and Participants will be notified of how many PropTix they earned, based on how close their guess was to the actual list price (as defined above) of the property (exact amount of PropTix based on Game and value will be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion). The maximum number of PropTix that can be earned for any one PQ Daily Game is five-thousand (5,000), which will be earned by any Participant who guesses the exact price. Regardless of guess, each Participant will earn one-hundred (100) PropTix for completing the day’s Game. Sponsor reserves the right to award additional PropTix on certain days/Games and will disclose this in the app and on the Website during that Game, in their sole discretion.

PQMini Games: PQ Mini games (“Mini Game” or “Mini Games”) will be made available throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period and will consist of various multiple-choice games that will award fifty (50) PropTix for each correct answer and a minimum of five (5) points even if the Player guesses incorrectly.

Additional PropTix Opportunities: During the Sweepstakes Period, additional opportunities to earn PropTix by completing specific activities as instructed will be made available to Participants during the Sweepstakes Period. In addition, as Participants accumulate PropTix in both the Games and Mini Games over the course of the Sweepstakes Period, they move up in rankings through levels, in ascending order are Newbie, Sales Associate, Listing Agent, Top Producer, Power Broker, Heavy Hitter, Housing Tycoon, Property Boss, Mega Mogul, and Land Baron. Each level reached will earn the Participant additional PropTix, as described within the activity presented. Additional opportunities to earn PropTix will be disclosed via the PropQwiz app and Website as they are made available.

When the total Games and Mini-Games played for all Participants (Mini Games and Games) reach a threshold (as defined below) to conduct a Grand Prize drawing, all PropTix previously earned will be reset to zero (0) and Participants will start accruing new PropTix for the next Grand Prize drawing, as applicable. If a threshold is not met, then the Games and Mini-Games will continue to be accumulated until a threshold is met, if at all.

All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. All Participants agree that, subject to applicable laws, Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates or service providers may use Participants’ personal information submitted with Entries/Games/PropTix and/or play pursuant to the Sponsor’s privacy policy and for purposes of prize fulfillment. No information regarding Entries/Games/PropTix, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules and as disclosed on the app and on the Website, will be disclosed. Deleting your PropQwiz account will immediately and permanently delete all of your accumulated PropTix and Entries and will exclude you from all future PropQwiz prize drawings. Any attempt by any Participant to fraudulently obtain more than the number of Entries/PropTix permitted for any one Game or drawing by using multiple/different email addresses, identities and registrations or any other methods will void all Entries and that Participant may be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone/app transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a Participant’s computer/device equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the authorized account holder of the email address used for Entry will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned a phone number or an email address by telephone service provider, an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning phone numbers or email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

Grand Prize Winner Selections/Odds: An independent judging agency will conduct all random drawings to award the Grand Prizes, as follows:

When the total number of Games and Mini Games played from all Participants from the start of the Sweepstakes Period reaches no more than 31,000,000 (“First Threshold”), a random drawing from among all Entries earned up to that point will be conducted to award the first Grand Prize.

When the total number of Games and Mini Games played from all Participants after the First Threshold reaches no more than 85,000,000 (“Second Threshold”), a random drawing from among all Entries earned from when no more than 31,000,001 – no more than 85,000,000 Games and Mini-Games played from all Participants will be conducted to award a second Grand Prize.

When the total number of Games and Mini Games played from all Participants after the Second Threshold reaches no more than 185,000,000 (“Last Threshold”), a random drawing from among all Entries earned from when no more than 85,000,001 – 185,000,000 Games and Mini Games played from all Participants will be conducted to award a third and final Grand Prize.

At the point when 185,000,000 Games and Mini-Games have been played by all Participants or at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 26, 2025, whichever is earlier, the Sweepstakes will end and no more Entries will be available to be earned.

Contingency Events:

If No Thresholds are reached: If No Threshold is reached by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 26, 2025, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded from among all Entries earned during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

If Only the First Threshold is reached: If the First Threshold is reached, but the next threshold is not met by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 26, 2025, the second Grand Prize will be awarded from among all Entries earned after the first Grand Prize was awarded. The third Grand Prize will go unawarded.

If Only the First Two Thresholds are reached: If the second Grand Prize is awarded and that threshold is met but the Games and Mini-Games never reach a maximum of 185,000,000 by 11:59 p.m. on December 26, 2025, the third Grand Prize will be awarded from among all Entries earned after the Second Grand Prize was awarded.

The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received for each respective Grand Prize drawing (If any are reached for each threshold) and compliance with the exact requirements of these Official Rules. Grand Prize drawings will be completed within five (5) business days after each respective threshold, as outlined above, is reached.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

Up to Three (3) Grand Prizes [a minimum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded]: Winner’s choice of a “new home” awarded as up to $350,000 to be used towards purchasing their next home (including taxes and closing costs on home purchase); or paying down their current home mortgage; or a downpayment on a home. Winner shall be entitled to any monies directly applied to real estate ownership, whether purchase, down payment or pay off mortgage, plus any closing costs and all taxes on total winnings, up to $350,000. In the event the combined sum of the real estate purchase, income tax and closing costs related to the real estate purchase are less than $350,000, then winner shall receive half of the remaining balance (and at least a minimum of $100,000 will be awarded in total). A current verification of home purchase or downpayment or mortgage statement from current mortgage provider or lender may be required, as specified by the Sponsor in order to receive Grand Prize. If a Winner’s balance is more than $350,000, the maximum prize of $350,000 will be awarded. A Grand Prize winner may also select to receive $175,000 cash. All prizes to be awarded in the form of a check. Total ARV if all three (3) Grand Prizes are awarded and all winners choose the new home: $1,050,000. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the winners’ responsibility. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the actual total value of the prize for the winner. The winner will receive a 1099 form for the actual retail value of the prize, to be processed in the year in which they received the prize. Winners must choose which prize option they would like to receive within ninety (90) days of winner confirmation. If the home purchase option is chosen, the winner must utilize the funds for the purchase and purchase taxes of a primary or additional real property located within the 50 United States or D.C. that is listed by a licensed realtor or use the funds as a downpayment on a home or to pay off or down their current mortgage. The chosen residence must be under contract within six (6) months of winner confirmation and be closed within nine (9) months of winner confirmation or the prize will be awarded as the $175,000 cash option, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Complete details and restrictions of prize receipt and use will be furnished to the winner at time of prize award. Limit one (1) prize per person.

Winner Notification and Verification: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone. Potential winners will be sent via email/email link a Declaration of Compliance and Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively “Prize Documents”) and the potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return their Prize Documents via email within five (5) days of being notified in order to be certified as the winner for their prize. If any potential winner fails to return their Prize Documents within the required time period, or if any prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for the applicable random drawing. Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. A Participant will not be deemed a winner unless and until Participant’s eligibility has been verified. Sponsor reserves the right to perform a background check, internet, and/or social media review on a potential winner, who will agree to provide any verification or authorizations necessary in connection with background check. Sponsor will have the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any potential winner if the background check, internet, and/or social media review on such winner reveals conduct, information or history that, in Sponsor’s determination, may be harmful to Sponsor or Sponsor’s image or reputation or with which Sponsor does not wish to be associated.

General Rules: Winners and all Participants, as a condition of participation into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with Game Play, verification or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes, verification or use or redemption of a prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names, likenesses, and Entries for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Winners also agree that Sponsor or its agents may photograph and/or videotape any or all aspects of receipt of their Grand Prize (“footage”) and winners agree that Sponsor may use or edit that footage in any way they see fit. By participating, Participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is suspected of tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules or any Sweepstakes terms; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, the app, Website, Sweepstakes or Participant. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries/PropTix in the Sweepstakes. PropTix or Entries generated by AI, script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will determine the winners from eligible Entries received for each applicable Grand Prize drawing prior to cancellation. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, Participant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will Participant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS LICENSORS, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

DISPUTES: Participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded to a winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in the State of California; Participants submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of California for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Participants be permitted to obtain awards for and Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREES THAT PARTICIPANT WILL NOT BRING A CLASS ACTION OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AGAINST SPONSOR AND/OR THE PROMOTION ENTITIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROMOTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of California, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

Data Collection: Sponsor collects personal information from Participants for use in the administration of the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://propqwiz.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants hereby agree to Sponsor’s and/or Promotion Entities’ collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Sweepstakes Period: The PropQwiz Weekly Prize Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 30, 2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on December 26, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).The Sweepstakes is comprised of twenty-six (26) weekly entry periods (each a “Week”) which will run each Monday through Friday only during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes will not run on Saturdays and Sundays during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each Game will commence with a graphic Leader Board featuring the previous day’s PQ Daily Game’s top performers (“Leader Board”). All Participants who have earned a position on a Leader Board will automatically receive one (1) Entry (“Entry” or “Entries”) in the Weekly Prize drawing for that Week. You only receive an Entry for earning a position on a Leader Board for any Week, for a possible total of up to five (5) Entries earned per Participant per Week. All Leader Board statistics and positions will be determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion. In the event of a tie that extends the number of leader board Participants beyond the available Leader Board seats, a random drawing among all tied Participants shall determine which Participant(s) will occupy the remaining seats on that Leader Board. However, all Participants involved in the tie, even those not selected to appear on a Leader Board, shall receive an Entry and be included in any weekly sweepstakes drawing held that particular Week.

All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. All Participants agree that, subject to applicable laws, Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates or service providers may use Participants’ personal information submitted with Game Plays or Entries and/or play pursuant to the Sponsor’s privacy policy and for purposes of prize fulfillment. No information regarding Game Plays/Leader Boards or Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or as listed on the Leader Boards, will be disclosed. Deleting your PropQwiz account will immediately and permanently delete all of your accumulated PropTix and Entries and will exclude you from all future PropQwiz prize drawings. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the number of Game Plays/PropTix permitted for any Game by using multiple/different email addresses, identities and registrations or any other methods will void all Entries and that Participant may be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes. Use of any AI, automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Game Plays/Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Game Plays/Leader Board statistics or Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the authorized account holder of the email address used for Game Play/Entry will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Game Plays/Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

Weekly Prize Random Drawing/Odds: An independent judging agency, will conduct all random drawings for twenty-six (26) Weekly Prizes. One (1) Weekly Prize winner (subject to verification) will be selected for each Weekly Prize Drawing which will be held on or about three (3) days after the conclusion of each Week from among all eligible Entries received for that Week only. Entries received for one Week will not be eligible for subsequent Weeks. The odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received during each Week and compliance with the exact requirements of these Official Rules.

Winner Notification and Verification: All potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone. Potential Weekly Prize winners will be sent via email/email link a Declaration of Compliance and Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively “Prize Documents”) and the potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return their Prize Documents via email within five (5) days of being notified in order to be certified as the winner for their prize.

If any potential winner fails to return their Prize Documents within the required time period, or if any prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for the appropriate random drawing. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received throughout the Sweepstakes Period for each respective drawing. Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. A Participant will not be deemed a winner of a prize unless and until Participant’s eligibility has been verified.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

Twenty-Six (26) Weekly Prizes: Each week will consist of a new Sponsor-specified prize. Details regarding each prize and its ARV will be posted at the Website and app the Week before each drawing date. All prize details are Sponsor-specified. Minimum ARV of any Weekly Prize is $1,000; Maximum ARV of any Weekly Prize is $2,500.

Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specific herein as being provided are the winners’ responsibility. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the actual total value of the corresponding prize for each winner. The winner will receive a 1099 form in the mail for the actual retail value of the prize, to be processed in the year in which they receive the prize.

General Rules: Winners and all Participants, as a condition of participation into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with Game Play/Entry, verification or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the Leader Board, the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes, verification or use or redemption of a prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use a winner’s name, likeness, and Game Play/Entry for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By participating, Participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Game Play or Leader Board process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules or any Sweepstakes Terms; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, the Game/Sweepstakes or Participant. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Game Plays in the Sweepstakes. Game Plays/Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any Game or the Sweepstakes if they/it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will determine the winners from the corresponding Leader Board assignments prior to cancellation for that day’s Game as outlined above if the Sweepstakes is able to be complete and if there are eligible Game Plays received prior to cancellation. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, Participant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will Participant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS LICENSORS, ITS AND THEIR AFFILIATES, AND ITS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

Disputes: Participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded to a winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in the State of California; Participants submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of California for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Participants be permitted to obtain awards for and Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREES THAT PARTICIPANT WILL NOT BRING A CLASS ACTION OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AGAINST SPONSOR AND/OR THE PROMOTION ENTITIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROMOTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of California, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
